Does a relapse reset my streak?

A clean-day streak resets when you use, if that is the rule you chose. The all-time count does not have to. Do not let a reset become a reason to keep going.

All questions (24)

Streaks only work if the rule is clear. Most people count a day clean if they did not use. A slip zeros the current run. That is fine. Keep a separate “days this month” so one bad night does not erase a month of work in your head.

GoonFree shows week, month, and all-time so one reset is not the whole story. If a zeroed counter makes you binge, you are using the streak as a shame machine. Change how you read the numbers.
